The labyrinth is a sacred space used for a walking meditation. It is a single, winding path from the outer edge in a circuitous way to the center. Labyrinths are used world-wide as a way to quiet the mind, calm anxieties, recover balance in life, enhance creativity and encourage meditation, insight, self-reflection and stress reduction.

6-8pm | Enjoy the labyrinth at your leisure

Yoga will take place simultaneously 6-8pm on the front lawn. This practice will be adaptable and accessible for all. Chairs provided, families and children are welcome.
