DESCRIPTION:Join us for the longest day of the year for a labyrinth meditation and yoga for everyone! The event is free and open to the public.\nThe labyrinth is a sacred space used for a walking meditation. It is a single\, winding path from the outer edge in a circuitous way to the center. Labyrinths are used world-wide as a way to quiet the mind\, calm anxieties\, recover balance in life\, enhance creativity and encourage meditation\, insight\, self-reflection and stress reduction.\n5:30pm | Event begins with the introduction by Pastor Harris\n6-8pm | Enjoy the labyrinth at your leisure\nYoga will take place simultaneously 6-8pm on the front lawn. This practice will be adaptable and accessible for all. Chairs provided\, families and children are welcome.\nEvent is hosted by St. Mark Lutheran Church and sponsored by Rising Up Yoga studio and their instructors.
