Activities and Responsibilities
Our Sunday School program provides engaging and age-appropriate lessons that help children explore their faith and understand biblical teachings. Each week, dedicated teachers guide students through interactive activities and discussions that make learning about Christianity fun and meaningful.
Bible Study sessions offer youth a deeper dive into scripture, encouraging them to ask questions and develop a stronger personal relationship with God. These gatherings provide a supportive space for young members to explore and discuss the relevance of biblical teachings in their daily lives.
Our Youth Events are designed to foster fellowship and fun while strengthening faith. From social outings to service projects, these activities help build strong, supportive relationships among our young members.
The Confirmation program at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church prepares young adolescents to affirm their baptismal faith. Through classes and mentorship, students gain a deeper understanding of Lutheran beliefs and practices, culminating in a meaningful confirmation ceremony.
First Communion classes prepare young children to participate in the sacrament of Holy Communion. Through instruction and reflection, they learn about the significance of this sacrament and its role in their spiritual journey.
Camp Luther provides an immersive, faith-based camping experience where youth can grow spiritually while enjoying outdoor activities. This annual camp offers a unique opportunity for personal growth, fellowship, and fun in a Christian environment.
Youth Sundays are special services where young members take an active role in leading worship. These services showcase the talents and spiritual insights of our youth, fostering a sense of ownership and participation in the church community.
Our Church-wide Youth Gatherings bring together young people from across the congregation for worship, learning, and fellowship. These events strengthen community bonds and inspire youth to live out their faith actively and joyfully.
